How We Work
1. Free consultation — we walk your home, measure, and talk honestly about budget before anyone draws anything.
2. Design and itemized estimate — you see the plan and every line of the number, and you approve both before we order material.
3. Permitting — we prepare drawings and pull permits with your city, whether that's La Cañada Flintridge, Pasadena, Glendale, or LA County.
4. Build — one dedicated project manager, a clean and protected job site, and a weekly written update.
5. Final walkthrough — we build the punch list with you, and we're not finished until you sign off.
Where We Build
We build throughout the San Gabriel Valley and the eastern San Fernando Valley, including La Cañada Flintridge, Pasadena, South Pasadena, Glendale, La Crescenta, Montrose, Altadena, Arcadia, Burbank, Sherman Oaks, Studio City and Encino. We handle both. We're a design-build contractor, which means design, engineering, permitting, and construction all happen under one contract with one team. For most remodels and ADUs you won't need to hire a separate architect. When a project does call for outside structural engineering, we bring in and coordinate that specialist ourselves.
