1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing westernbuildingsolutions.com or engaging Western Building Solutions, Inc.

(“WBS,” “we,” or “us”) for services, you (“Client”) agree to these Terms and all

applicable laws and regulations.

2. Services

WBS provides residential remodeling, ADU construction, and related general‑contracting

services within Los Angeles County. Scope and specifications are defined in individual

project proposals or change orders.

3. Estimates, Pricing & Change Orders

Quoted estimates are valid for 30 days. Unforeseen conditions may require written

change orders approved by Client before additional work proceeds.

4. Payments

• 20 % deposit due at contract signing

• Progress payments per schedule in your proposal

• Late payments accrue 1.5 % interest per month.

5. Warranty

All workmanship is covered by a **10‑year limited warranty**; manufacturer warranties

apply to materials. Warranty is void if third parties modify our work.

6. Licensing, Bonding & Insurance

WBS is fully licensed (#10 596 456), bonded, and carries $1 million general liability

coverage.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event will WBS’s aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by Client for

the specific project giving rise to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

Photos and plans shown on this website are the property of WBS and may not be used

without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, Los Angeles County.

10. Dispute Resolution

Parties agree to attempt mediation prior to filing any lawsuit or arbitration.

11. Updates

We may update these Terms periodically; the “Last updated” date will change

accordingly. Continued use of the site or our services constitutes acceptance.
